01What services does AL-AREEN provide?

Engagement areas include documented gold processing, assay and verification coordination, precious-metals handling, responsible sourcing support, compliance documentation, trade coordination, and controlled logistics.

02How does refining onboarding begin?

Onboarding begins with an enquiry, identity and authority checks, KYC/KYB, material and origin documentation, and agreement on the technical and commercial review scope.

03Does the website provide an assay certificate?

No. Website content and calculator outputs are not assay certificates. Any assay reliance requires an agreed sampling method, competent testing process, and transaction-specific evidence.

04Are there minimum engagement requirements?

Requirements depend on the party, material, jurisdiction, purpose, value, route, documentation, and risk assessment. Acceptance is never guaranteed.

05Why are KYC and KYB required?

They support identity, authority, beneficial ownership, sanctions, PEP, source, transaction-purpose, and risk review before controlled engagement.

06Can international counterparties make enquiries?

Yes. International enquiries remain subject to jurisdiction-specific due diligence, trade, transport, customs, banking, and documentation requirements.

07What is a client account?

A client account is an application and engagement profile. It is not a bank, deposit, custody, or investment account and does not guarantee approval or transactions.

08What do project pages represent?

They provide structured enquiry context and do not claim ownership, licences, reserves, production, purity, resources, value, or operating status without supporting evidence.

09What does the technical calculator provide?

It provides technical arithmetic using declared inputs. Results are not an assay, quotation, valuation, offer, purchase commitment, or purity guarantee.

10How are submitted documents handled?

Sensitive information should be collected only for defined purposes through approved secure channels, with access, retention, disclosure, and applicant-rights controls.
